As with most training regimes, there are lots of elaborate exercise positions for you to try, but you can also simply stand or walk around the room with the weights in place.You’ll find two silicone holders inside the box, a single and a double. Other than the 1 or 2 option, they’re Identical in shape, sexy silkiness and handy retrieval cord. Six weights are included, two at .6oz/17g, two at 1.3oz/36.9g and 2 at 1.8oz/50g.
